Why buy a new screw with a 30 to 60 day warranty? Why go to a different rebuild company with a 6 month or one year warranty? All of our ball screw rebuilds are backed by an industry leading 36 month warranty that starts on your install date, not on the delivery date. No other company stands behind their work like we do, not even the O.E.M. Why? Because nobody gives you the quality that we do, that's why they don't stand behind their work. Call your distributors, check with the manufacturer, ask other repair facilities, and you'll get a range from 30 days or 6 months of warranty. A few other rebuild companies might go as far as a one year warranty, but that is only for certain projects. All of our ball screw repair projects are backed by a 36 month warranty.

Most rebuild shops simply polish your screw & install oversize balls. When we rebuild a screw, it's remanufactured. Your screw (ball grooves) are precision ground until .0002" per linear foot lead accuracy
is held end to end. The same process is performed on the ID of the nut. Precision ground balls are then installed and the unit is lapped & polished. Your screw is brought back to original condition in under 48 hours. If your rebuild company is only offering you 6 months warranty, you might want to check and see exactly what they are doing to your screw.
